About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer 360 SME / Product Manager to lead multi-market CRM strategies and deliver measurable business value by translating business needs into scalable, outcome-driven solutions. This role requires strong business acumen, expertise in CRM, and the ability to align technology solutions with commercial outcomes such as sales conversion, customer engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the Customer 360 vision and roadmap across multiple markets.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Lead the design, delivery, and adoption of Customer 360 initiatives to improve customer engagement, sales conversion, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Data & Analytics) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Establish KPIs and track performance to demonstrate business impact of CRM initiatives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Customer 360, CRM best practices, and market trends.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment across business units and regions.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, embedding data-driven decision-making into CRM strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 810 years experience in CRM strategy, product management, or customer transformation, ideally within financial services or insurance.
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-market CRM strategies and Customer 360 solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with focus on sales conversion and customer value realization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in agile delivery and product lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
