Job Description

Role Overview:
The Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the organization in building a robust, competitive, and future-ready product portfolio. This individual drives strategic thinking and decision-making by leveraging data-driven insights from market trends, competitor benchmarking, and internal performance metrics. The primary objective is to spearhead the development of strategic product roadmaps, new product initiatives, and continuous improvement plans to hit corporate sales and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Roadmap & Vision: Identify market gaps and consumer needs to design, execute, and align product roadmaps with overarching corporate goals.
  • P&L & Financial Accountability: Maintain full ownership of profit and loss (P&L) for your assigned categories. Monitor pricing strategies, cost variables, and revenue health to maximize profit margins and ensure long-term commercial viability.
  • Predictive Forecasting: Utilize market insights and historical trends to build precise demand, sales, and revenue projections.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee your assigned product categories from initial concept and market introduction through to end-of-life strategies, maintaining a highly competitive and relevant portfolio.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Partner with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners to evaluate, source, and validate new products. Lead the go-to-market execution to guarantee cost-effective, on-time launches.
  • Performance Optimization: Evaluate sales traction and consumer feedback to pinpoint strengths and product weaknesses, executing targeted enhancement initiatives or phase-outs where necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central bridge between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain/Procurement, and technical teams to harmonize product strategies and gather cross-departmental inputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related discipline.
  • Professional certifications in Product Management or Data Analytics will be highly regarded.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, product management, or business analysis. Direct experience within the home appliances, consumer electronics, or household goods sector is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional quantitative skills with a proven track record of translating complex data and trends into actionable business strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
  • Top-tier interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and influence without authority.
  • A curious, adaptable, and innovative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys challenging the status quo.
  • Ability to operate effectively as an independent, individual contributor.
