Our client is looking for a
Product Manager to join their team and lead the charge in how they engage, retain and reward their users. Here, you'll be architecting an entire ecosystem and owning the Loyalty & CRM roadmap.
You will be responsible for building high-impact features across their mobile and web platforms, specifically focusing on creating a seamless, rewarding experience that keeps our customers coming back.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision for our Loyalty and CRM initiatives.
- Design features that leverage CRM data to deliver personalised experiences, rewards, and retention loops.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to turn complex requirements into functional, beautiful products.
- Use tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or SQL to dive deep into user behavior and measure the success of every rollout.
- Work with technical teams to ensure our internal systems and third-party CRM tools communicate flawlessly via APIs.
- Act as the bridge between business goals and technical reality, managing expectations across the organisation.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of hands-on Product Management experience across both web and mobile platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in API integrations and a solid grasp of technical workflows.
- Skilled in roadmap ownership, from requirement gathering to high-stakes delivery within set timelines.
- Proficient in translating user data into actionable insights using SQL, Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
- Experienced in navigating fast-paced, Agile environments using tools like Jira and Figma.
- Prior exposure to the Fintech sector (B2C or B2B) is highly preferred but not necessary.
