Product Manager (Insurance Domain)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product management activities, from requirements gathering to delivery across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Manage and coordinate incident handling, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders
• Drive requirement analysis, user story creation, and backlog prioritization using tools such as Jira
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancements and optimization
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within the insurance industry
• Strong experience in incident management and stakeholder management
• Hands-on experience delivering projects across the full SDLC lifecycle
• Proficiency in Jira or similar tools for backlog management and tracking
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise systems or SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with cross-regional teams
