Position: Product Manager
Location: Remote, Asian time zones
Pay band: USD3000-3500/monthly + Quarterly bonuses
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead requirements analysis and product planning for user growth modules and platform operational tools.
2. Gain deep understanding of business requirements, design user journey mapping, lifecycle management, and engagement mechanisms to improve user retention and conversion.
3. Coordinate with development teams for implementation, drive the launch of strategic configuration, automated operations, and data analytics features for platform operational tools.
4. Build user behavioral data analytics framework to support data-driven decision making and continuously optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
5. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure efficient delivery of product requirements and achievement of business objectives.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in internet or platform-based products.
2. Experience in user growth, data analytics, and operational tool design, with familiarity in user lifecycle management.
3. Strong logical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities, capable of independently developing and implementing product solutions.
4. Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with strong team collaboration spirit.
5. Experience with B2C business and marketing automation products preferred.
6. Fluent in Chinese.
