Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager to support product solutions for in-app map features within ride-hailing and delivery platforms.
This role focuses on improving map-related product experience, map accuracy, and overall product competitiveness. The role will also involve supporting the daily coordination and management of the international mapping team to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and improve product solutions for in-app map features within ride-hailing and delivery applications
- Support map-related product optimization to improve overall user experience, product competitiveness, and business growth
- Work closely with internal teams, mapping teams, and relevant stakeholders to identify map-related issues and improvement opportunities
- Support the daily coordination and management of the international mapping team
- Follow up on map optimization tasks, quality issues, and execution progress to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze map-related feedback, operational issues, and product performance to support improvement decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve map accuracy, usability, and overall product effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing (To C) products
- Experience working with map-related products, map optimization, or map accuracy improvement is preferred
- Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English, as the role requires close collaboration with regional stakeholders and teams based in China
- Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions
- Good teamwork spirit, humble, open to challenges, and willing to take ownership
- Experience supporting or coordinating regional / international teams is an advantage
Nice to Have
- Experience in ride-hailing, delivery, logistics, maps, navigation, or location-based products
- Familiarity with mapping operations, map data quality, map accuracy, or geo-related optimization
- Experience coordinating with mapping teams, operations teams, or technical teams
