We're partnering with a regional B2B commerce platform, backed by a global ecosystem, hiring a Product Manager to drive digital transformation across merchant and internal platforms in Southeast Asia.
What You'll Do
- Drive products that shape the merchant journey, from onboarding and activation to retention and operations
- Remove operational friction for merchants by digitising and automating workflows at scale
- Deliver products that improve merchant efficiency, customer engagement, and business performance across POS, CRM, loyalty, reporting, and operational ecosystems
- Turn data into action by building visibility into merchant performance, operational health, and product impact
- Translate complex business challenges and merchant needs into scalable product solutions
- Partner with cross-functional and regional teams across Southeast Asia to launch, localise, and scale products across multiple markets
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience in POS, CRM, Loyalty, Food Delivery, Online Ordering, Merchant Platforms, or similar domains
- Proven experience building products for SMEs, merchants, retail, or F&B businesses
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive decisions
- Ability to simplify complex problems and translate them into scalable product solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Experience working across multiple markets or regional product environments is highly preferred
