We're looking for a Product Manager to lead initiatives across internal systems and merchant-facing platforms across Southeast Asia.
What You'll Do
- Own product strategy across the full merchant lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, retention, operations)
- Digitise and automate manual workflows into scalable platform solutions
- Build and improve merchant and internal tools (POS, payments, CRM, loyalty, reporting)
- Design dashboards and metrics to track product performance, adoption, and impact
- Translate merchant needs and regional best practices into scalable product solutions for SEA
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver, align, and scale products across markets
What You Bring
- Min. 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, POS, or merchant platforms (building products for SMEs, retail, F&B, or similar)
- Strong experience working with analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear product solutions
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience launching and localising products for different markets
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
