We're looking for an innovative Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our nutrition and health products.
You'll drive the full product lifecycle, from strategy to launch and continuous improvement, and work cross-functionally to identify new opportunities and deliver exceptional products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and growth of nutrition and health products.
- Define product strategy, positioning, pricing, and roadmap.
- Manage the full product lifecycle: ideation, launch, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer needs.
- Collaborate with R&D, suppliers, manufacturers, and marketing teams.
- Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Plan and execute product launches with marketing and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ingredients, and regulations.
- Develop and conduct product training for internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing, customer support) to ensure strong product knowledge and alignment.
- Support product education initiatives, including training materials, presentations, and product knowledge sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in product management or product development in nutrition, health supplements, or wellness products.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition ingredients, formulations, and product regulations.
- Data-driven, consumer-focused, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for health, nutrition, and product innovation.
- Experience in conducting product training or educating internal teams is an advantage.
- Experience in digital channels, consumer engagement, or influencer collaboration is a plus.
