This role leads and orchestrates a portfolio of digitalization and AI initiatives to significantly accelerate NPI productivity, execution efficiency, and customer value. Owning end‑to‑end program delivery, the role manages Project Managers, Project Planners, and Product Owners, while partnering closely with AI, Data, and Software Engineering teams to co‑develop scalable, high‑impact AI and digital solutions.
The role is accountable for program strategy, planning, execution, and release governance, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that drive internal R&D efficiency and address external customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Portfolio Leadership
- Lead a portfolio of digitalization and AI programs across NPI, from ideation through delivery and release.
- Define program strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and value realization aligned with business priorities.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, productivity gain, scalability, and ROI.
End‑to‑End Delivery Ownership
- Own end‑to‑end program execution including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Establish and enforce delivery governance, milestones, and release readiness.
- Ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery of AI and digital products.
People & Team Leadership
- Lead and develop Project Managers, Project Planners, and Product Owners.
- Set clear objectives, roles, and accountability across delivery teams.
- Foster a strong execution culture focused on outcomes, speed, and quality.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with AI, Data, and Software Engineering teams to co‑develop scalable, reusable AI and digital solutions.
- Work with R&D, Product Management, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading complex programs in digitalization, software, data, or AI domains.
- Proven experience managing portfolios of cross‑functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership experience managing program/project teams.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
