Job Description:

Design and implement product solutions to improve user experience with a specific focus on the post-purchase user journey
Drive operational efficiency by deeply understanding the business team's concerns and their workflow
Work with the design and development team to translate our consumer insights and business know-how into products and systems that are impacting users daily lives
Work with the business and data team to monitor product performance and iterate the design based on user feedback
Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of products

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field A master's degree is advantageous but not required
Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills. Able to define and solve problems with structured, fact or data-driven approaches
Ability to dive deep into business scenarios and understand real pain points faced by business and users
Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines and priorities effectively
Prior internship or full-time working experience in either product management, operations, or process optimisation will be advantageous
