Support the team in carrying out campaigns and initiatives to drive remittance business.
Involve in product management and plan strategy to grow the remittance income.
Work with various teams to execute campaigns.
Prepare reports on overall remittance business performance, channel performance, as well as the outcomes for internal and external campaigns, for announcement.
Prepare approval papers for management's sign off on policy updates.
Conduct regular market checks and perform competitive benchmarking to ensure product offerings, features, value proposition and FX pricing remain competitive in the market.
Work with Decision Management team to analyze data for remittance business expansion.
Identify new business opportunities that are in line with digital trend.
Provide product training and campaign briefing to sales staff, branches and call centers.
