In MR ROBOT, the Product Manager (Robotics & AI) drives the planning and execution of cross-functional robotics and AI initiatives, turning innovation into scalable, market-ready solutions. You'll coordinate across engineering, operations, and business teams to manage timelines, align priorities, and ensure seamless delivery of products that power real-world automation.
We're looking for someone strategic, structured, and execution-focused, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll own product roadmaps, manage stakeholders, and ensure initiatives deliver real business impact while supporting MR ROBOT's growth as a leading AI robotics platform.
Job Responsibilities:
Cross-Stream Coordination & PMO
- Coordinate robotics and AI initiatives across multiple business streams.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Track progress, escalate risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
Product Planning & Strategy
- Define product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate technical capabilities into actionable product features and deployment plans.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and resource availability.
Execution & Delivery
- Oversee project execution, ensuring milestones are met.
- Maintain clear documentation of project status, risks, and decisions.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of robotics and AI solutions.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams on product initiatives.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and opportunities to leadership.
- Align product objectives with broader company strategy.
Market Expansion
- Lead regional expansion strategies across ASEAN and selected growth markets.
- Explore and establish telco bundling opportunities and 5G-enabled solutions.
- Develop direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace channel strategies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
- 3 to7 years experience in product management, program management, or project coordination in tech, robotics, or AI industries.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in PMO or cross-functional coordination in robotics or AI companies.
- Exposure to hardware-software product lifecycle management.
- Understanding of RaaS (Robotics-as-a-Service) business models.
- Analytical mindset with experience in metrics-driven decision making.
