ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle across our web, mobile, and AI platforms. Youll translate customer needs into product strategies, work closely with developers, designers, and marketers, and ensure SuamiSihat Tech delivers seamless, impactful, and scalable solutions.

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with SuamiSihats ecosystem goals.

- Lead the development of core modules (Masterclass, Supplements Marketplace, Telehealth, AI-powered Coach, Forum).

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback loops to guide decisions.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with the Full Stack Developer, IT Support, and Design teams.

- Align with Clinic, Wellness, and Ecommerce teams to integrate modules into the customer journey.

- Translate business goals into clear PRDs, user stories, and wireframes.

3. Execution & Delivery

- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product testing cycles.

- Ensure smooth product releases across platforms (React Native, React.js, Laravel, MySQL, AWS).

- Constantly iterate based on data and user feedback.

4. Performance & Growth

- Monitor KPIs (conversion, retention, engagement, churn, LTV/CAC).

- Implement analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks.

- Drive adoption and retention of the core modules.

- 13 years experience in Product Management, ideally in healthtech, ecommerce, or SaaS.

- Understanding of mobile/web development lifecycles and agile methodologies.

- Ability to create PRDs, user journeys, and roadmaps.

- Familiar with Jira, Trello, Notion, Figma, and analytics dashboards.

- Passionate about mens health, wellness, and digital innovation.
