Qualifications
• Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop and maintain the product line strategy and multi-year roadmap. Create business models and manage the entire product lifecycle.
• Product Launch & Go-to-Market: Lead new product introduction (NPI) and launch plans. Develop comprehensive marketing collateral, including sales presentations, technical documentation, and pricing strategies.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Market Management: Identify and prioritize key market segments. Develop and execute effective market strategies, and manage performance. Collect and analyze requirements from the global market, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Pre-sales Technical Support: Provide expert pre-sales support for strategic projects, including customer needs analysis, opportunity qualification, bid support, and managing PoC/testing.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
•5+ years of product management, system design, or engineering experience within a wireless infrastructure or DAS equipment vendor. (5-10 years of experience is preferred).
•Proven experience in product planning, roadmap development, and launch.
•Experience working on international projects or in a multinational corporate environment is highly desirable.
•Willingness and ability to travel internationally and work across different time zones.
•Excellent logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Customer-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player with a high sense of responsibility.
