Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market surveys and analyze competitors to identify trends, opportunities and strategic positioning.
- Execute clinical research to ensure product effectiveness and industry compliance.
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Craft clear, compelling value propositions and messaging that highlight product uniqueness and appeal to target audiences.
Marketing Collateral Development
- Develop product marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, presentations and website content.
- Work with designers and videographers to create engaging content like product videos and promotional visuals
Product Launch & Support
- Assist in planning and executing product launch activities and events
- Handle customer inquires and collect feedback for continuous product improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing and R&D teams to support the product development process.
- Assist superiors in managing end-to-end product development across all product lines
General
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior as required.
Requirement
- Possess a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Science or related field. Candidates from non-science backgrounds with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, wellness or related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills with confidence in public speaking.
- Detail-orientated, well-organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
