Join our Team as a Product Marketing Executive - Drive Growth in the Field of Clinical Diagnostics!

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Product Marketing Executive to join our Clinical Diagnostics team. If you enjoy combining market strategy, customer engagement and business performance ownership, this role offers strong exposure across the full product cycle.

In this role, you will take ownership of product growth, market development, and P&L performance, working closely with sales and cross-functional teams.

You will play an important role to:

  • Partner with the Sales team to drive instrument placements, sales funnel planning and revenue growth
  • Support contract negotiations and deal closures within your scope
  • Analyze customer structures, decision-making processes and market dynamics
  • Monitor marketing initiatives and optimize strategies based on performance insights
  • Translate market and competitor intelligence into actionable commercial strategies
  • Plan product procurement and inventory to meet sales targets
  • Engage with key accounts and clinicians to strengthen market presence
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to drive business improvement

To be successful in this role, you would require:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Product Marketing
  • Degree in science, Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Medical Science or equivalent.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into impactful messaging
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance driven environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement with hospitals and key accounts
  • Own a valid driving license and a car
  • Travel may be required to attend industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
