There is an exciting opportunity to arise arisen for a creative, talented, dynamic, and passionate candidate to fill the role of Product Marketing Executive. Some of your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Market Intelligence & Marketing Plan Implement:
- Assist to conduct Voice of Customer to improve customer understanding to identify new product opportunities and gaps.
- Works with necessary functional groups to ensure the proper implementation of the marketing plan (e.g. sales, pricing, promotion & distribution programs).
- Assist to develop POSMs and product artwork.
- Assist in the implementation of all promotion campaign details and a special project (PR, trade marketing).
- Work with Technical and Sales Associates to execute any promotional activities to drive sales growth, track performance, and provide recommendations for future improvement.
- Frequent market visits to obtain market and competition information and understand the latest market trend and consumer behavior.
- Product Sourcing & New Product Launch:
- Assist in new product development, line extensions, market development, and product launches.
- Post-Launch Performance:
- Tracks sales performance and provide post-mortem report.
- Tracks and monitors monthly sales performance for the products assigned.
- Tracks and reports promotional activities, coordinate analysis details for file records and planning.
- Assist with the coordination of special department projects:
- Benchmark studies, focus groups, & related research projects.
- Customer workshops, seminars.
- Internal and external product testing.
- Joint marketing/PR campaigns.
- Digital Marketing – Product handling video, content creation, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in product marketing
- If you have experience in B2B FMCG, food ingredients, or catering supplier industries would be better.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools to track sales metrics and market trends.
- Good business acumen with the ability to connect market feedback with operational actions.
- Effective cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with Sales, R&D, Pricing, and Digital Marketing teams.
- Action-oriented with a proven track record of working independently on designated projects under general guidance
