About the role

Responsible for managing the product lifecycle and developing strategic marketing initiatives to drive product positioning, brand awareness, and sales growth. Conduct market research, execute multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners, and analyze performance data to optimize marketing effectiveness and business results.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

Assist in managing product lifecycle: research, planning, development, and launch.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with R&D, design, and sales teams to ensure product-market fit.

Prepare product presentations, training materials, and sales tools.

Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product features and positioning.

Marketing & Branding

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products across online and offline channels.

Create content for campaigns, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Plan and coordinate product launches, events, and roadshows.

Manage collaborations with media, KOLs/influencers, and external partners.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations.

Sales & Business Support

Work closely with the sales team to align product strategies with business goals.

Support in creating sales kits, proposals, and marketing decks.

Assist in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty programs.

Key Activities

1. Strategic Marketing Planning

Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies based on data insights and market trends.

Define and refine target audience profiles and buyer personas for marketing precision.

Lead the creation of go-to-market strategies for product launches and enhancements.

2. Product Positioning & Messaging

Craft compelling product positioning, unique selling propositions (USPs), and messaging frameworks.

Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.

3. Campaign Development & Execution

Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Collaborate with the creative, digital, and content teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify areas for optimization.

4. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor strategies.

Translate market insights into actionable strategies for product differentiation.

5. Partnership & Collaboration

Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.

Identify opportunities for co-branding, sponsorships, and collaborations.

6. Content Creation & Communication

Develop engaging content strategies for digital, social media, and traditional platforms.

Craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.
