Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead sales strategy, product portfolio planning, and market execution for Xiaomi Malaysia. This role is responsible for driving category growth, ensuring product launch readiness, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver strong business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Set overall sales strategy, manage long-term business planning, and ensure product launch readiness.
- Category Management: Achieve sales and margin targets for assigned product categories; define market opportunities and develop product launch and lifecycle strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive, market, and industry analysis to support decision-making.
- Commercial Execution: Drive commercial discussions, channel readiness, sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of product strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Experience in electronics product planning and delivery management; sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Sharp judgment, excellent analytical ability, strong communication and coordination skills, and proven team collaboration spirit.
- Highly proactive with strong execution and project-driving capabilities.
- Good command of English for communication with overseas colleagues and clients.
