Product Marketing Manager (based in Malaysia)

An exciting Product Marketing Manager for Asia for a HVAC manufacturer has just become available at one of the most reputable international companies. This is a role for someone who has strong regional product marketing experience in Asia.

About the Product Marketing Manager (Asia) role:

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for product marketing strategy and product planning within the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for Asia market through market research, competitor analysis and customer insights
• Plan and manage the APAC product portfolio including offerings and new product launches
• Work with engineering, R&D and sales team to define requirements and drive product development
• Manage project timelines, risks, and agile processes to ensure on-time, high quality delivery
• Oversee the full product life lifecycle, including pricing, cost management and product retirement

To succeed in the Product Marketing Manager for Asia role, you will need product marketing experience across Asia with HVAC products experience.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in HVAC or industrial equipment or relevant industry
• Master/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in marketing/product marketing serving industries such as HVAC, Datacenter is highly preferred
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different professional level
• Strong analytical capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
