Job Description

Job Overview:

Product Marketing Manager, Consumer Business will be responsible for Broadband product growth under the consumer department. You will be tasked to create the roadmap for these segments through the analysis of addressable market, customer needs, maintenance of competitive insight, and active awareness of industry trends.

Aside from that, you are also required to manage the product's P&L and ensure there is a consistent revenue growth from the Broadband product offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to understand and deep dive into the customer experience and problems. Conduct customer interviews to understand their pain points, propose solutions/features and promotions that will drive customer acquisition.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the broadband product: from analysing the data, deriving insights, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Responsible for the product profit and loss (P&L) to drive down cost and improve product margin.
  • Responsible for driving yearly targets which includes revenue, and new subscriber acquisition in respective business segments.
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure product communication is accurate for on the ground activities and digital platforms.
  • Monitoring of product performance (take-up, revenue, client usage and resource utilization) for weekly and monthly report updates.
  • Record success and failure of the products and offer constructive improvements.
  • Training of sales and channel teams on product updates and enhancements.
  • Conduct development and execution of business cases pertaining product enhancement or improvement.
  • Manage & improve end-to-end processes of a product lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Experience: Preferably 5 years in Telecommunications, IT or related industry in the Marketing or Consumer Business Division.
  • Skills: The ability to analyse data, derive ideas and insight for business case development.
  • Attributes: Possess an entrepreneur mind set and innovative behaviour to constantly drive the product and business to the next level.
