Public Sector Industry Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager

Join our team as an Public Sector Industry Marketing Manager, where you'll identify market opportunities, develop targeted marketing plans, and perform strategy gap analyses. Your insights will support our frontline and drive continuous industry growth. You'll also provide valuable demand insights to our product planning team and optimize team performance through effective marketing management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market Insight: Proactively spot market changes to identify new opportunities and challenges, while analyzing market size, competition, industry trends, and policy guidance to support strategic planning. Track ICT technology developments such as cloud-network integration, Wi-Fi 7, AI network management, and security compliance, assessing their potential for target industries. By understanding customer pain points and changing needs, develop effective solutions that meet their requirements. Focus on key sectors like government, public services, transportation (aviation, rail, highway), and critical infrastructure to uncover opportunities from digital transformation. Regularly provide market intelligence and industry analysis reports to help optimize sales, product, and brand strategies.
  • Market management: Plan and execute industry-specific initiatives to drive growth. Develop and maintain key resources to empower our industry focus. Select, utilize, and retain core industry channels to reach customers effectively.Foster external collaborations to enhance industry reach and value.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the necessary tools for success. Provide comprehensive sales training to support pre-sales activities. Offer targeted support to key clients and high-impact projects. Guide and support the creation of effective industry-specific sales models.
  • Demand Generate: Align industry models with national marketing activities. Plan and execute national marketing campaigns to generate demand. Develop local and regional marketing programs tailored to each industry segment.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of overseas experience working with target industry clients, with a preference for Government/Public Sector, Civil Aviation, Railway, and Highway Transportation System or MNCs.
  • Strong product thinking and a proven ability to identify market opportunities and trends.
  • Proven experience with successful Go-to-Market (GTM) projects is a significant advantage.
  • Technical proficiency in ICT products and solutions, including familiarity with brands like Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei, Cisco, and H3C.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and utilize customer demand insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills, with a talent for coordination and persuasion, to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
