Role Description The Product Merchandiser is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for planning and executing product assortments, managing in-store and online displays, and ensuring that VICTOR products are presented in line with brand standards. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, analyzing product trends, coordinating with sales and e-commerce teams, and updating merchandising plans to optimize inventory and product visibility. The Product Merchandiser will also support promotional campaigns, prepare product information and pricing, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the customer shopping experience across retail and online channels.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, product performance, and market trends.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, retailers, and partners.
• Experience in product management, including assortment planning and inventory coordination.
• Knowledge of sales processes and retail operations, with the ability to support sales initiatives.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online merchandising practices.
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Relevant experience in sports, retail, or consumer goods merchandising is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
