About the Role:
As a Product Offer Management Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in deploying and managing product data for the initial release of products and any engineering changes that follow. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, build, and ship systems configuration requirements, ensuring products remain at their best throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute global offer structure strategies for companywide product portfolios sold online and offline globally.
- Validate, process, and verify product data supporting global offers, ensuring data integrity across all sales motions.
- Coordinate activities for global offers with customers to establish product schedules and release activities.
- Establish and maintain global offer governance and cadence across company sales catalogs in collaboration with sales, marketing, engineering, finance, IT, and outsourcing partners.
- Direct global offer change control activities by researching, analyzing, and validating offers per configuration management guidelines.
- Ensure offer stability and accurate information across all online and offline sales channels.
- Identify strategic opportunities across catalogs, supply chains, and markets to guide product marketing and gain market share.
- Prioritize and route global offers for new product launches and sustaining data change requests throughout the product lifecycle.
- Validate compliance of global offers with marketing, pricing, online, and engineering standards before final distribution.
- Innovate and lead process improvements to gain operational efficiencies.
- Manage complexity by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
What You'll Achieve:
- Participate in medium-sized projects with agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Audit, validate, and manage submittals of product data requests.
- Manage product data and associated change activities post-release.
Essential Requirements:
- Basic systems application knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of product data.
- Graduate within the last year.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Strong communication skills.
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or Information Technology.
