Job Description
Target Management
- Set and monitor sales targets for the Mobile Phone/PAD category on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Ensure consistent follow-up and achievement of category goals
Product Management
- Oversee the full product lifecycle: introduction, growth, maturity, and end-of-life stages
- Develop launch plans based on product features, selling points, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and measurable results
Sales Management
- Drive sales performance for the Mobile Phone/PAD category
- Conduct regular sales analysis, prepare review summaries, and refine trading
Market Insight & Strategy
- Collect and analyze market, industry, and competitor information
- Conduct product positioning and analysis to formulate effective Hit Plans and retail strategies
- Monitor product performance throughout its lifecycle, summarize lessons learned, and propose optimization solutions
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above, with fluency in English for business communication
- Passionate about sales, with at least 3 years of offline category operation experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Strong ability to monitor and analyze category performance, industry trends, and competitor activities, with actionable optimization proposals
- Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills; resilient under pressure and able to drive efficient execution
- Clear logical thinking, strong execution capability, and proven data analysis and problem-solving skills
