Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Work with operation teams to implement requests from other departments and adjust plans based on market trends and competitor activities.

2. Proactively research industry trends and introduce new products to other departments.

3. Analyze product data regularly to identify opportunities for improvement.

4. Plan and oversee product launches, promotions, and operations to achieve market share and user retention goals.

5. Coordinate with external partners, like social media agencies, to ensure successful marketing campaigns.

6. Track and evaluate marketing strategies, providing suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business Management, Data or related fields is a plus.

2. At least 2 years of experience in product management or operations, with preference for those with successful projects.

3. Strong ability to understand user needs and analyze market trends to create effective product strategies.

4. Familiar with gaming industry trends and competitor activities.

5. Good teamwork and communication skills, able to work across departments.

6. Comfortable handling some work pressure.
