Product Operations Engineer 1 / Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Product Operations Engineer 1 / Project Coordinator to support product operations and customer configuration projects. This role will coordinate activities across Engineering, Sales, Project Management and Operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and according to quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track customer projects from initiation through delivery
• Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations and Project Management teams
• Review customer and project documentation and ensure requirements are properly captured
• Coordinate project-specific part numbers, product configurations and BOM-related activities
• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables and milestones
• Identify project risks, issues and potential delays, and escalate when required
• Prepare regular project status updates and reports
• Support quality assurance, validation and issue resolution
• Participate in project meetings and stakeholder discussions
• Assist with project planning, scheduling and execution

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, sales operations or a related field
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good understanding of project management processes and methodologies
• Technical knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems or deployment environments is an added advantage
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Project Management, Engineering, Business or a related discipline is preferred; Diploma with relevant experience will also be considered
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Comfortable working permanent night shift to support North America hours
