About the Role:
Product Operations Manager – a key role in driving overseas revenue growth. Responsible for increasing local brand awareness, growing MAU, and achieving online sales revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- CAD Tool Product Operations: Drive user growth and commercial monetization, with direct accountability for revenue targets.
- Content & Media Operations: Create and distribute product value communication content, including but not limited to graphics, videos, live streaming, courses, and KOL/KOC collaborations; manage key social media platforms.
- SEO & SEM Optimization: Interface with software distribution channels and search platforms to continuously optimize SEO and SEM performance.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Conduct data tracking, market analysis, competitor analysis, and user research to continuously develop and output iterative operational strategies.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in QS (Quantity Surveying), Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction industry workflows and understanding of quantity surveying, construction management, or engineering management software.
- Operational Capabilities: Strong product comprehension, content writing, and cloud-based operational skills.
- Communication & Coordination: Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and collaborate across departments.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with CAD tools, SEM/SEO, ad campaign management, and KOL collaboration,New media operations and data analysis
- 5+ years of work experience in QS or civil engineering industry
Preferred Skills:
- Daily Chinese communication skills required; Chinese descent preferred.
