About the Role:
The Product Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the development, deployment, and operational processes of our product systems. This role focuses on ensuring that solutions meet business needs while driving customer engagement and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of system operations. Manage system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction.
- Provide user support by addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to enhance user adoption and proficiency with systems.
- Gather user feedback and collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements based on user needs.
- Perform KYC reviews, verify customer identification documents, and assess the authenticity of provided information.
- Review and process client withdrawal requests.
- Escalate issues to relevant teams where necessary according to established processes.
- Complete daily operational requests and process required actions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- Experience working in the financial services or management industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (for communication with Taiwan and China partners).
- Strong analytical skills with a technical orientation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
