Job Description

About WFH Group

At WFH Group, we're redefining the future of wellness, fitness, and sports through a collective of bold, experience-driven brands. Our brands - TRIBE, Pickle Social Club, The Courts KLGCC, NOA All Day Dining, and Sync Social Club - are all built around the power of community, movement, and meaningful experiences.

We create dynamic spaces and experiences that empower individuals to push their limits, recover, connect, and grow - both personally and professionally. As we scale across multiple brands and locations, we're building the operational backbone that lets every team member do their best work.

Job Overview

WFH Group is at an inflection point. The brands are growing, the team is expanding, and the ambition is clear. What we need now is someone who can hold the product and operations layer together - ensuring our digital products, internal systems, and cross-brand workflows are well-designed, well-documented, and well-executed.

As Product & Ops Lead, you'll sit at the intersection of product thinking and operational rigour. You'll help build and maintain the systems, SOPs, and processes that keep our multi-brand portfolio running efficiently while also owning or supporting digital and on-ground product initiatives that touch our members, partners, and internal teams.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, often bridging the gap between strategy and execution. If you're the kind of person who instinctively documents things, spots broken processes before they break people, and knows how to turn ambiguity into a clear action plan - this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

Product Management

  • Own or co-own product roadmaps for digital platforms, apps, or internal tools - from requirements through to launch and iteration
  • Write clear, structured PRDs and requirement documentation that engineering, design, and business stakeholders can actually use
  • Translate business goals and user needs into prioritised product decisions, using data to inform direction
  • Coordinate UI/UX planning, user journey design, and cross-team delivery to ensure quality output on schedule

Operations & Systems

  • Design and document SOPs, workflows, and operating frameworks across WFH Group brands and functions
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks - then build the structure to fix them
  • Maintain and improve operational systems that span multiple brands, teams, and locations
  • Ensure critical processes are repeatable, auditable, and scalable as the group grows

Project Management

  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with clear timelines, ownership, and accountability
  • Run structured project cycles - from scoping and planning through execution and retrospective
  • Keep stakeholders aligned and informed without being chased; flag risks early, resolve blockers fast
  • Coordinate across departments (product, marketing, ops, finance) to drive projects to completion

Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively identify where time, money, or effort is being lost across brands and functions
  • Propose and implement solutions — not just flag problems
  • Build feedback loops and review cadences that keep systems from going stale
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence across the group

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau, Google Analytics or equivalent) to track KPIs across products and operations
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Support P&L visibility, budget tracking, and resource planning where needed

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, operations, or a hybrid role, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-brand or startup environment
  • Proven ability to design and implement SOPs and process frameworks - not just follow them
  • Strong project management instincts: you plan before you act, track what matters, and close the loop
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver - you don't escalate problems, you bring structured thinking and proposed solutions
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics tools to generate insights, not just reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator - your documentation is clean, your updates are clear, your stakeholder management is proactive
  • Thrives in ambiguity - you can create structure where none exists, and you don't need a playbook handed to you

Nice to Have

  • Experience in lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, or F&B - you understand the culture, not just the operations
  • Background managing digital products (apps, platforms, e-commerce, membership systems)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms (n8n, Claude, etc.) ...a bonus if you've built workflows, not just used them casually
  • Familiarity with tools like , Notion, Monday.com, Figma, or equivalent
  • Multi-brand or holding company exposure
  • Architecture and/orengineering background
