Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals
Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and engineering to define product vision and roadmap
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure successful delivery across the full trading lifecycle (order management, execution, settlement)
Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
48 years of experience in Capital Markets and/or Wealth Management
Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, and derivatives
Experience with portfolio management and advisory platforms
Solid knowledge of trading lifecycle processes
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile environments
Hands-on expertise with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
