- Support of testing/dry run issues related to requirements - address requirement gaps
- Assess and clarify requirements coming from project
- Oversee testing and the development cycle
- Work with Tech Lead to break down development task
- To ensure development are inline with project timeline
- Prepare/review test cases
requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst etc
- Strong experience in requirements assessment, validation, and clarification, including accepting or rejecting project requirements
- Proven experience supporting testing, dry runs, mock runs, and UAT activities, including test case preparation and execution
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile / Waterfall project delivery, and change request (CR) management
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, grooming, and backlog management
- Ability to work closely with Tech Leads and development teams on solutioning, technical grooming, and task breakdown
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
