Job Description
Synchro Partners is partnering with a large enterprise client to appoint an experienced Product Owner to drive key product initiatives across their IT Services function.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership to deliver scalable, high-value product outcomes aligned to strategic priorities across a complex, global environment.
The Role:
As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning the product lifecycle end-to-end, from vision and roadmap through to delivery and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
Defining and driving product vision, roadmap and strategic direction
Managing and prioritising the product backlog aligned to business value and user needs
Translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
Leading Agile delivery and coordinating cross-functional teams
Managing dependencies and ensuring timely delivery of product releases
Engaging and influencing stakeholders across business and technology functions
Driving continuous improvement through user feedback, insights and market trends
Ensuring alignment between product outcomes and organisational strategy
About You
You are an experienced Product Owner who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology.
You bring:
Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle delivery
Strong experience working within Agile / Lean environments
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational capability
Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Nice to Have
Experience within large enterprise or university environments
Exposure to infrastructure, property or enterprise platforms
Relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
