Position Summary:

The Access Group is looking for a driven Associate Product Manager to join our integrations team in KL. This is a high-visibility role at the centre of a fast-moving, globally distributed team working directly with stakeholders across the UK, Malaysia, and New Zealand to keep critical integration workflows moving.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage and prioritise incoming issues by triaging bugs, analysing logs, and coordinating with engineering for timely resolution.

  • Support delivery processes including sprint planning, documentation maintenance, BAU operations, and crossfunctional collaboration across regions.

  • Contribute to the integration roadmap through discovery, scoping, grooming, monitoring partner/API changes, and managing customer feedback and escalations.

  • Assist with GTM preparation, postrelease measurement, and use AI tools to enhance productivity, quality, and speed.

Key performance indicators:

  • Assess and prioritise defects with speed and accuracy while providing clear, complete, and frequent updates to stakeholders.

  • Drive effective delivery through strong sprint planning, thoughtful injection decisions, clear requirements for engineering, and proactive identification/escalation of platform or API changes.

  • Handle customer and internal escalations with sound prioritisation and responsiveness, maintaining positive crossteam collaboration and alignment.

  • Demonstrate productivity gains by using AI tools effectively and consistently contributing highquality input that supports efficient engineering execution.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Brings earlycareer experience in Product, Business Analysis, or Technical Support, with familiarity in agile delivery and optional exposure to APIs, integrations, or eCommerce/WMS platforms.

  • Demonstrates strong analytical ability, confident crossfunctional communication, and proactive ownership - comfortable managing multiple priorities and using AI tools daily to work smarter.

  • Skilled at cutting through ambiguity, solving problems quickly, and operating with urgency when needed.

  • Shows a curious, adaptable, detailoriented mindset, thriving in fastpaced environments and consistently taking accountability for deliverables.
