Product/Process Engineering Senior Manager/Manager role. This role involves leading the engineering team to make production smarter by improving processes, adding automation, and helping the team to grow.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop tools, jigs, and automation systems to make plastic injection manufacturing faster and more effective.
- Drive projects that reduce waste and move the company toward smart, connected manufacturing.
- Use automation and process improvements to lower manpower needs while boosting productivity.
- Apply PLC programming to streamline and improve production operations.
- Guide and support team members, encouraging continuous learning and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in engineering or related field.
- At least 10 years in plastic injection manufacturing.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, automation, and Industry 4.0.
- PLC programming, robotics, and AI familiarity are a plus.
- Strong team leadership and negotiation skills with suppliers.
