Minimum 5 years of experience in product or project management.
Minimum 5 years working in an insurance company with deep understanding of:
User needs & behaviours
End-to-end insurance processes (prospecting proposal/quotation recommendations acquisition policy issuance servicing claims)
Proven ability to create and execute long-term vision for digital insurance products.
Strong experience with project management frameworks for insurance and software development.
Solid understanding of technical aspects to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and follow-through to manage multiple moving parts.
Strong ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Able to anticipate problems, resolve issues, and manage project changes effectively.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Strong data, market trends, and customer feedback analysis skills for informed decision-making.
