Responsible for finish product quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of internal product quality assurance activities.
- Responsible for product quality and safety to meet customer's expectation.
- Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports and documents.
- Analyze, implement and follow up on all quality issues happened internally.
- Design inspection based on the inspection standard provided by KMI Manufacturing QA
- Actively support production to achieve production output.
- To ensure all specifications and product inspection documents are updated according to requirement.
- Responsible to ensure effective implementation of QMS, EMS, OSHAS, ISMS.
- To carry out admin related tasks.
- To maintain effective communication with respective departments regarding product quality issues.
- Ensure work area clean and tidy and adhere to company's 5S policy
- To carry out / conduct internal process audit
- Responsible for daily product shipment lot judgement
- Prepare inspection equipment/materials/tools to start production of new model
- Responsible for standardization of department work flow.
- Responsible for tracebility of all internal quality issues.
- Responsbile for manpower control
- Any other duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Qualification : Candidate must possess at least degree in electrical/ mechanical or equivalent
- Experience : Preferably with more than 2 years experience in manufacturing environment expecially in the field of quality control
- Skill : Good communication skills. Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Language : Good verbal and communication skill in English and added advantage if can converse in Japanese
