Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Sales Engineer, located in Penang and KL. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical and sales support, and understanding customer requirements to offer appropriate solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, assisting with technical queries, contributing to sales strategies, and collaborating with the technical and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales Engineering and understanding of technical products and systems
- Possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients
- Experience in Sales, including lead generation, presentations, and contract negotiation
- Demonstrated ability in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting for clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in the automotive or automation industry is an advantage.
