Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Analysis & Management

  • Conduct client discovery sessions and requirements workshops to understand business needs
  • Capture and document business and functional requirements
  • Translate requirement into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Analyze data requirements and validate against platform capabilities
  • Manage requirement changes, maintain traceability and communicate updates

2. Documentation & Solution Design

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project
  • Create process flows, user journeys, and system diagrams
  • Ensure documentation is clear, structured, and implementation-ready
  • Prepare meeting notes, action items, and requirement summaries

3. UAT Coordination & Quality Assurance

  • Plan and coordinate UAT sessions with clients and QA team
  • Prepare UAT test scenarios and test cases
  • Facilitate UAT sessions and capture feedback
  • Log, track and verify defects
  • Support and document UAT sign-off and ensure deliverables meet requirements

4. Client Engagement & Product Support

  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Conduct product demos and feature walkthroughs
  • Conduct client onboarding and product adoption
  • Communicate product updates, enhancements, and roadmap (when required)
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders

5. Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Represent client needs and feedback to Project and Product team
  • Identify gaps between client requirements and product capabilities
  • Contribute to product improvement discussions and prioritization
  • Support continuous improvement of BA and delivery processes

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 4-7 years in business analysis, product consulting and/or solution consulting, with end-to-end ownership of implementation projects from discovery through UAT sign-off
  • Practical AI literacy: hands-on experience using LLM tools
  • Familiarity with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, strong documentation and process modelling skills
  • Basic SQL and strong Excel / data analysis skills
  • Proven experience in client-facing role and stakeholder management
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment preferred
  • Experience in HR and/or Financial Technology or talent management preferred
