Job Description

Vanguard Aesthetics is looking for an ambitious and energetic medical aesthetics regional sales representative to provide sales and promotion of our portfolio of products that are advancing the modern aesthetics medical device landscape, maintaining customer base, developing new markets, and obtaining new customers. As a member of our sales team, the representative will develop relationships with existing and prospective clients and engage them in learning more about our product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Meet & exceed sales targets on an ongoing basis and has the capability of selling targeted products to targeted accounts.
  • Conduct excellent product in-servicing and product evaluations that lead to customer conversions.
  • Prospect and develop strong relationships with healthcare providers and their staff members to identify their needs and present new/relevant products
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients and increase the number of accounts across an assigned territory
  • Shape our brand positioning and messaging in a way that's consistent with marketing strategy
  • Perform competitor market analysis and proactively align sales tactics to rise above and deliver exemplary customer service and satisfaction

Required skills and qualifications

  • Min Higher Diploma / Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
  • Min 2 years of sales experience
  • Prior experience in aesthetics / pharmaceutical/medical device sales is preferred
  • Demonstrated sales experience with building prospects and relationships to close leads
  • Able to Attain and utilize competitor performance for comparison and to carve a sales pathway
  • Excellent communication and presentation of scientific/clinical features and benefits of a product
  • Display a passion for the aesthetics industry
  • Display a high level of integrity, initiative and accountability
  • Commitment to upholding our company's ethical standards
  • Travel required within Malaysia
  • Good time management and team spirit
