Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Product Specialist to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for managing product portfolios, analyzing market trends, and providing product expertise. You will collaborate with customers, offer exceptional customer service, present product demonstrations, and identify sales opportunities to drive business growth. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with clients and actively support the execution of company sales strategies.

• Strong expertise in product specialization and a deep understanding of product offerings
• Proven analytical skills to assess market trends and business data effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and provide product insights
• Customer service experience with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction
• Sales skills and the ability to identify potential opportunities and close deals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with the healthcare or medical diagnostics industry is an advantage
