LabAlliance Sdn Bhd is a provider of scientific instruments and laboratory solutions in Malaysia. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Product Specialist.
This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy science, technology, customer interaction, and hands-on laboratory instruments. Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and build a career in the scientific industry are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide product and application support for laboratory instruments
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations
- Support customers in research, analytical, and industrial applications
- Assist the sales and service team with technical discussions
- Build good relationships with customers from academia and industry
- Learn and stay updated on scientific instrumentation technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science, Biotechnology, Material Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and travel when required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in laboratory instrumentation is an advantage but not required
