We're Hiring | Product Specialist (Pharmacy, Clinics)

Location: Central Region, Malaysia

We are looking for passionate and driven Product Specialists to grow our pharmacy, GP clinic and Chinese Medical Hall (CMH) business while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

1. Achieve monthly sales and collection targets within the assigned territory.
2. Develop new business opportunities across pharmacies, GP clinics and Chinese Medical Halls (CMH).
3. Expand customer coverage and product listings.
4. Support product launches, promotional campaigns and product sampling activities.

Product Detailing

1. Conduct product detailing and nutrition education for pharmacists, doctors and healthcare professionals.
2. Deliver professional product presentations.
3. Recommend suitable nutritional solutions based on customers needs.

Customer Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
2. Conduct regular outlet visits according to call plans.
3. Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service.
4. Gather market intelligence, competitor information and customer feedback.

Sales Planning & Execution

1. Execute territory sales plans to maximise business opportunities.
2. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
3. Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, or a related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
3. Candidates with pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience will have an added advantage.
4. Passion for healthcare, nutrition, sales and customer engagement.
5. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
6. Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn.
7. Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
