Product Specialist (Power Tools)

Responsibilities

• Support product proposals and activities at customer sites with the Business Development team
• Conduct on-site demonstrations and explain product features, usage, and benefits
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions
• Gather market feedback on pricing, performance, features, and demand trends
• Collaborate with Sales to promote products within the dealer network
• Deliver product training to dealers and internal teams
• Monitor product displays in stores and suggest improvements
• Plan and execute promotions, roadshows, and marketing activities
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement
• Conduct field visits and market research to identify new opportunities
• Develop category-based product solutions and support portfolio growth
• Analyze market data to support product strategy and category development

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant field
• Willing to travel for fieldwork and customer visits
• Experience in technical products & industrial equipment.
• Experience in sales support, product training, dealer engagement, or the promotion of technical products.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is an added advantage)
