We are partnering with a multinational corporation specializing in professional power tools and accessories. With a strong global presence and a reputation for innovation, the company is seeking a Product Specialist (Power Tools) to join its Malaysia team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business development activities by preparing Accessories proposals and conducting on‑site demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Sales teams and independently visit dealers to promote Accessories.
- Conduct dealer training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales capability.
- Perform product and market analysis, including competitor benchmarking and price positioning.
- Plan and implement promotional strategies, exhibitions, and roadshows to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor in‑store displays, gather customer feedback, and tailor solutions to dealer needs.
- Track KPIs such as Accessories sales growth, training sessions conducted, and adoption rate.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in a related field.
- Prior experience or background in the power tools industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of power tool accessories.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Experience in dealer visits, sales activities, and customer relationship management.
- Hands‑on marketing experience with strong analytical acumen.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
