Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Specialist based in Penang. The Product Specialist will be responsible for overseeing product performance, providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and serving as a liaison between the organization and its clients. Key tasks include understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, conducting product demonstrations, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise as a Livestock Animal Health Product Specialist with the ability to understand product features and benefits
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Excellent Analytical Skills, with the aptitude to evaluate data and market performance
• Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Outstanding Customer Service abilities, including managing customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Proficiency in Sales, with a focus on relationship building and achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the agricultural sector is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary, Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
