What would you do

  • Maintain and update the product roadmap, ensuring visibility of progress, status, and dependencies.
  • Conduct quarterly prioritization and ROI analysis across product initiatives.
  • Compare initiatives using prioritization frameworks and highlight trade-offs for leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct market scans and competitive benchmarking to support business case development.
  • Maintain dashboards, monitor performance trends, and flag areas requiring intervention or escalation.
  • Produce concise, insight-driven reports for leadership and SteerCo.
  • Standardize templates, trackers, and documentation to improve planning governance and reporting consistency.
  • Coordinate planning cadences (monthly progress reviews, quarterly roadmap updates, team feedback sessions).
  • Improve team efficiency by creating playbooks, decision frameworks, and lightweight processes that improve clarity and execution speed.

Who should join us

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to structure problems, build logical frameworks, and derive insights from information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to turn data into insights and insights into compelling narratives
  • Strong organization skills — comfortable managing multiple inputs, workstreams, and deadlines
  • Effective communicator who can work with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience building dashboards or visual reports (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • Familiarity with mobile app development and growth-focused business strategies
  • Experience working in customer-centric industries, such as fintech or e-commerce
