Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Digital Power-related products in a timely and effective manner. Provide High-level technical solutions and remote technical support for technical problems, and be responsible for the quality of problem handling, resolving and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and identify common product issues in the region, proactively obtain professional solutions in the industry, provide effective suggestions, and drive product and tool improvement.
  • Proactively self-study, even lead junior engineers to learn PV/energy storage product technical knowledge, provide enablement, such as training for new engineers and internal enablement for TAC and related departments.
  • Participate in the ITR process, promote the improvement of service processes, and promote continuous product improvement.
  • Proactively output technical case summaries to support the team in building and accumulating the technical knowledge base.
  • Assist in managing technical labs or technical prototypes, and assist supervisors in planning technical improvement processes and solutions for engineers.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in battery, electrical engineering, control, or other related majors. At least 5 years of experience in smart PV product service or maintenance, with strong technical capabilities in diagnosing and resolving issues related to inverters, energy storage systems, and box-type transformers.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with clients.
  • Strong ability to quickly understand complex systems and technologies, proactively identify and drive resolution of technical issues.
  • Proficient in data collection and analysis; skilled in using common analysis tools to interpret data, draw conclusions, and prepare clear, structured reports.
  • Strong customer service mindset, proactive and accountable. Able to remain composed under pressure and respond promptly to urgent business needs.
  • Strong technical writing skills. Candidates with relevant industry certifications, hands-on project delivery experience, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
