What You'll Do:

• Lead a product development team responsible for the Cross Border, Telco, Merchant and B2B product pillars, driving product strategy and execution across multiple initiatives.
• Define the product vision, roadmap and long-term strategy for the assigned product portfolio, balancing customer needs, commercial opportunities and technical feasibility.
• Own products throughout the product development lifecycle by leading discovery, defining business requirements, prioritising initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products within agreed timelines.
• Define and document product requirements, features and functionality, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer outcomes.
• Evaluate industry trends, competitor offerings, regulatory developments and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and market leadership.
• Assess product opportunities by defining business cases, ROI and success metrics, partnering with Business Intelligence teams to measure performance and continuously optimise products through data-driven decision making.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define product specifications, establish milestones, manage delivery risks and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and develop Product Managers within the team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on ownership, execution and continuous improvement.
• Perform analysis of the payments, fintech and digital commerce industries to design innovative product solutions that strengthen TNG Digital's market position.

Role Requirements:

• Possess tertiary or professional qualification from a recognized institution specializing in Business Administration, Science, and Information Technology or related Professional Certification.
• At least 7-10 years of product management experience, including, understanding the customer, requirement analysis, product design and offering development, pricing, competitive analysis, etc.
• At least 2 years of payment channel integration experience.
• Solid understanding of the payments industry, which includes credit / debit card networks, issuers, acquirers, alternative payment channels.
• Experience in B2B and merchant products (online/offline payment offerings, payment gateway, merchant platform etc) is preferred.
• Ability to work with offshore teams, strong in multi-tasking and perform well under pressure.
• Track record in leading teams and business critical projects of large scope.
• Able to co-ordinate activities by others and provide leadership to cross-functional project teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed with leadership.
• Well-developed presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information internally and externally at all levels.
